This is a very subjective question where the difference is mainly due to elevation, temperature, & wind conditions. For instance @ higher elevations I use 9 to 13 grams of fuel per usage for 16 oz. of water. Four ounces of fuel is equal to 113 grams, or the 110 canister. So for me I can get between 9 & 13 uses from one 4 oz. canister. If you use your stove four times a day, a 4 oz. canister will last approximately 2.5 to 3.5 days max. I hope this helps.
