I just bought the Big House 6 and set it up before using. The pole that goes in the middle of the tent appeared askew. The ends didn't touch the ground making it look like I installed it wrong. Does anyone know if the middle pole should outside or inside the other poles? And, is the middle pole supposed to touch the ground or hang about 2-3 inches above the ground.

Larry best to have the middel pole to the inside. When you stake the tent out it should go to the ground you also stake out points by where the middle poles go in.
