How does the sizing run on this pant... I usually wear about...

How does the sizing run on this pant... I usually wear about a 35-36in waist, and a 34in inseam? I am 6' - 205lbs, and would be wearing a layer underneath. Does anyone know if a large is snug - or if an x-large is too loose? I appreciate the help!

I wear a size 36x32 5'11" 200 lbs and the size large is what i wear, and they fit great.
