I'm about 6'2", 215 pounds, athletic-ish build. Would you guys do an XL? I don't want it sloppy, but I dont want it skin tight either. Thanks!

An XL will fit you for sure. I am 6'3 210lbs and fit in an XL. It isn't supper loose or tight. I would describe it as a slim fit. If you want it looser you may be able to pull off a XXL.
