The Thule website has a pretty detailed spare parts section that is bound to have what you are looking for. Also, you should look into some form of thread locking compound such as loctite. These are specifically designed to stop nuts/knobs from loosening and coming off due to vibrations. I have had great success with these on bikes and longboards... same concept.
