Well i bought one two years ago and it can hold stuff nut is not wide enough for binders. I found that out the hard way, i had to buy folders. and including all clases this bag is great for hikes and storing little things bu when it comes to school you need a bigger bag. Besides it really only has on pocket large enough for any thing. The top pocket is nolarger than a mans hand.

The measurements are 18" x 12" x 6" You should be able to fit most binders in it... but only you know how big your binder is.
