I have the Thule rapid aero crossbars with the Glide & Set...

I have the Thule rapid aero crossbars with the Glide & Set saddles on my BMW 3281 Wagon...it creates a lot of whistling and wind resistance. Will the Thule 871xt fairing reduce or rid me of the wind noise and resistance?
