I would like a 4-season pad (sleeping on snow) and I have two options - Neoair or Prolite plus. What would you recommend me?

Second on the Exped Downmat for super cold environments. They even come with attached pumps now.

neither, I'd go for a downmat on snow.

With the ProLite Plus you don't need anything else underneath. I use it in the winter & it works great, warm & toasty with excellent results & protection from the cold lurking below.

Prolite Plus is killer. I have used it a bunch on top of snow and in 0 degree temps. I am pretty sure the Neo will not be a good option in snowy cold temps based on the R-Value (I think is 2.5). Using it in conjunction with a z-lite is an option as stated previously but why add the extra bulk-unless space is not an issue. I have both and use the prolite in the winter/snow and Neo the rest of the year
