as I'm in Australia we deal in degrees celcius not fahrenheit. What sort of temperature rating do you need when minimum temps are around -8 degrees celcius??

-8 degrees celcius is 17.6 degrees fahrenheit. So a 15 degree bag would be just fine for those temps. Hope this helps
