I can't tell from the picture or description how these shorts...

I can't tell from the picture or description how these shorts fit. They look as if they might fit like spandex. Does anyone know how tight or loose these fit?

The shorts are fitted around waist (but not too tight) and fairly loose on the legs. I have a pair in regular and they are pretty short. The only downside is there is no internal mesh for running.
