This looks identical to the current North Face product "Jholo," so the fabrics are probably very similar. http://www.thenorthface.com/catalog/sc-gear/equipment-luggage_duffels/jholo-medium.html As noted on the North Face web site, the Jholo is made from phthalate-free TPE fabric laminate. In a chat with a representative on their site, I have also learned that its fabric is waterproof, although the seams are not. The answer form here doesn't seem to be functioning correctly, so hopefully this is not the third response.
