Hi, How do you wash these clothes or how do you clean them without damaging them? Thanks

Also, can clothes be worn over the x bionic?

I just wash it in cold water in the washing machine with like colors and hang or lay flat to dry. That works pretty well. And yes, you can wear clothes over these.
