This pack is a killer pack. looks good and is light but it is getting hammered in every review for week material. Is this a true problem and are there plans to upgrade it?

The material is very thin yet very strong. Of course because it is so thin it does incur holes easier. My only holes came from poor packing and lack of attention to detail when covering sharp points.
