Step into the tunnel of the skirt and pull it up onto your torso. Sit down in the cockpit and with both hands reach behind you, start the skirt on the comb (the lip around the cockpit) at both of the rear "corners" then carefully stretch it and work your way to the front. Depending on how tightly it fits this can sometimes be frustrating, but you get the hang of it after a while.
