I wear a larger 9.5 or smaller 10 (10 in asics). Med. width foot. Should I size up to a 10?

I would suggest the xt wings for a little extra width, but if your set on these I wera an 8.5 in both Salomon and Asics (DS trainers). I have a fairly narrow foot and it is easy to over tighten these and not notice until your foot starts to hurt. These are still awesome I just tighten them up and back the laces off a little
