Does anyone know if these are good for exercising?Do they stay in your ear well when you are moving a lot?

i use them for running and at the gym and they always stay in with exceptional sound compared to my other apple ipod earbudsThey also come with several different ear piece sizes so you can choose the size that fits you best for customized fit.
