I have a Chariot Cougar 2, and am wondering if two baby supporters would fit (for twins).

YES! You can use two baby supporters at the same time, or just one while leaving room for an older sibling, if circumstances dictate! You can also use just one Baby Supporter (or Infant Sling) in either the center position or on either side of the carrier.
