very high quality and big agnes has a great waranty and customer service. Many people now consider Big agnes the best tent maker, especally for backpacking tents.

close, but there's definitely a noticeable difference.All three manufacturers produce quality products. North Face has been making expedition tents for decades, Mountain Hardware not quite as long. To me the equalizing factor came when production moved to Asia. I have owned two, Made In U.S.A., North Face expedition tents since the early 80's. I feel the quality was much higher then. Recently I purchased a Big Agnes tent. I'm very impressed with their innovative designs & materials. Only time will tell the quality story.
