I am 5'4" ish. Should I get the small or regular? I usually sleep curled up but 47" seems rather short.

If you are doing any camping in cold weather, definitely get the regular length! I have a short and my feet freeze when they are not up of the cold ground. You can stuff your coat and other things under your feet, but I've found it's much easier to carry the extra ounces for warm toes.

If you want a full length pad underneath, get the regular. Small simply means 3/4 length or 47" long.

I am 5'4" and I got the small. Yeah, my feet hang off the end, but it doesn't bother me... I'd rather save the weight. If that doesn't bother you, I'd personally get the small.

The small is designed to only come to the knees under the assumption that you'd like to save weight by sacrificing a foot pillow. If you want to lay your whole self out, get the regular.
