Write your question here...It seems to me that x bionic clothing can be worn in hot weather as well as cold weather to regulate body temperature, Is this true, even though the shirt is named extra warm? I want to wear it in the heat. Are there any sports scarves - like Craft brand sports triangle scarf?

I have a black one. You can't wear the extra warm when it's warm. I stopped wearing mine for resort skiing late Apr on the west coast.
