need some sizing help on this dress. I am a medium. so 8 or 10? how does this dress fit? loose or fitted in hips and bust?

I'm usually a small, typically between a 4-6 in jeans. I went for the 6 in this dress and it fits nicely. I might have fit the 4, since the straps are a little roomy for me (I'm smaller on top), but 6 fits well enough that I'm not returning it. Its fairly slim-fitting, but wraps around in front as well. I love it!
