this is an Accumulator product designed for cold weather - you should probably be looking for a Vitalizer/Energizer type from X-Bionics

I am no pro., I just watched a show on the sports science show that showed how the X Bionic clothes work. It appears that if you wear this in the summer, it will actually keep your body cooler and allow you to preform better.
