I am 1.52m tall and usually fits in adult female size 6-8 with alteration, which size I should choose for this pants? I've checked the sizing chart, more likely size 14 will fit me perfeatly but you only have option for S M &L.

If you take another look at the sizing chart, in the very top row it shows the corresponding letter sizes. According to that, a 14 would be a L. The reason these pants' sizes are different is because these are actually children's pants, but because you are petite, these may still work for you!
