I have never worn Vasque boots/shoes. How does the sizing run? I also have a narrow foot(B width)

They run 1/2 size large for me. I'm normally a 13 for sport shoes, but their 13 was too sloppy so I had to get a 12 because they don't make 12 1/2. Now they're tight. Better tight than sloppy though.Most Vasque footware fits a medium to wide foot better. The Kota is only available in medium which is closer to a D width.
