How do I obtain replacement laces for securing the Batlyline to the frame? Old ones have worn out. Two chairs were purchased six years ago at Treasure Island store in East Brunswick, NJ

REI has a similar designed chair, REI Comfort Lounger. And they carry the elastic replacement for them. Item # 777517. http://www.rei.com/product/777517
