Was wondering how they compare in fit to the 5.10 Anasazi? I usually wear a size 9 in the Anasazi. Do they fit similar?

Yes they will have a similar fit they are both unlined shoes so you should be good the Scarpa's do come Euro Size though. A size 9 us would be 42.
