I'm 5'8", 120 lbs on my larger days, and have long arms/torso. Will this work - and if so, what size? (a lot of times I'm an XS, but the arms are too short. I don't have any long sleeve TNF items to compare to, though)

medium definitely. i am also tall and i found that the small's arms were too short =[

small,you might have to go medium because of arm length!
