Chaco does resole and restrap, but if both strap and sole needs replaced it is normaly cheaper to replace with an entire new pair of chacos. But I have had them send me an entire new pair free of charge when I sent a pair of mine in.

You may want to contact Chaco. I have heard of them resoling shoes but under different circumstances.
