You can use two regular pads and join them together with the Therm-a-rest kit if you don't like them moving around. There are also a few double wide pads out there. Backcountry has this one: http://www.backcountry.com/store/POE0076/Pacific-Outdoor-Equipment-Mega-Mat-Sleeping-Pad.html Big Agnes also makes one called the Hinman Double Wide, which is about $100 cheaper, if you can find it.
