does this product usually run large or small? I'm trying to decide between a 7 or an 8, I'm usually a 7.5.

hey, it looks like a pretty even split of people large vs small. I'd say your foot width should decide it. I am a 6.5 but am a bit wider at the toe joint- so, the 7 is PERFECT. I'd say size up because they're so adjustable, BUT, If you have really narrow feet- than size down. Enjoy! they're awesome shoes!!

I am an almost exact 7.5 with one foot very slightly larger and I get the 8. They feel weird at first but I tried a 7 and there was no way they would work. I have extra room in the 8 but the straps keep the shoes on so my feet don't move around. I tried some without the toe strap and found they didn't feel as secure. Hope that helps but you may just have to experiment. =)

NO - GET THE SIZE 7. These run a half size larger. I wear an 8.5 and the 9s are HUGE and because of the way the foot bed is molded, a larger size won't work. What may work since you are between sizes is to get the wide width. I got the size 8 wide and they fit perfectly.

I'm in the same boat. But I got an 8 in this shoe and they fit better than the 7. I think I have fat feet too, so the bigger size is more comfortable on the straps too.

I'm a 7.5 also, and I find a 7 perfectly comfortable.

Definitely get a 8 then. They run true to size, however they do not make 1/2 sizes in this model so it is a good idea to jump up to an 8.
