I've been wearing scarpa nitro's for years & can't find anything else like them ! I also wear salomons trail shoes as I work outside & average 5-6 mi. a day uphill & down but I really need the support of the hiker...any suggestions? Cassie

Cassie, This would be a close fit to the Nitro that you had. I would also suggest the Scarpa Zen if Goretex is not a concern.
