I know this isn't technically the right product but they don't have the actual one to ask. I have an Suunto M-3GL Compass. All docs tell me it has an adjustable declination but the tiny little manual that came with it does not mention adjusting it. Does anyone know how to adjust it? The back of the baseplate has a tiny little screw but I can't seem to loosen it. I have searched the suunto.com website and they just allow me to D/L the manual that came with it. Any help would be appreciated.

Surprise surprise, I figured it out. You just have to turn it (either left or right) until the "declination mark" is set to the correct +/- degrees for your current location.
