If the belt has not seen the outdoors Osprey will do a component swap with you. It cost about 5 dollar and some change to send the large belt in and they send you a medium one free. (just to be sure you get the best one I would check the sizing at the local dealer and make sure they also can heat mold it too.) I took about two weeks for them to ship me a new one.

To clarify, you cannot order this, but you can buy replacement hip-belts and change them out. So you are able to switch between sizes, but you are not able to order in this manner on Backcountry.com
