can cloth decks be attached to the Ultimate 12 kayak? , as I have seen other models with same. If so, what is the cost of the decking, fore and aft?

Yes, Spray skirts are available for all the Ultimates. You can cover the bow, stern, cockpit, and seat/cockpit area of all the Ultimates. Each is sold individually so you can cover some or all of the boat to keep the spray out and gear dry.
