My husband has a 22 1/2 inch around head.... 57 cm. What would be the fitted hat conversion?

7 1/4 would be closest fitted hat size (L/XL for this hat). That's actually 22 5/8" which would be perfect since you generally want a slightly larger hat in my experience.
