i understand one feature of the w crestone 60 is that the hood can be converted into a lumbar pack. i can remove the hood, but I can’t figure out how the hood straps onto my waist because I see no straps. please help! thanks.

I'm not sure exactly how to set it up, but you use the waist strap from the main pack.
