I'm 5'4" 121 lbs. how long is this jacket? is the small or medium recommended? i am very small busted also

This fits 'relatively narrow' and is 'kinda short' so I think the bigger question is whether or not you are going to do much layering and want the extra space. It would seem that the small should be sufficient if you aren't wearing a bulky sweater or anything underneath. Hope that helps! -kp
