Yes. It is a slim fit. Not an athletic fit. A slim fit. The sleeves are slightly smaller than traditional T's and the torso is not as baggy. I am 6'0" 165lb and a M fits me perfectly.

I wouldn't go as far as to say it's a slim fit. The athletic fit of the Patagonia Stretch T would probably be more what you're looking for.
