I wear a normal street shoe of 14 (some 49 European and even a 15 in Merrells due to the fact that some run short), but I also have skinny calves (6'2", 183 lbs). According to the size chart, I need a XXL in the Crocs, but I read reviews stating that L or XL would be fine. I'm a bit confused. Isn't it really the shoe length that would determine the size in the standard Crocs?

OR doesn't make them in XXL, per se. However, XL's are made to fit over plastic boots so they are actually XXL and should fit your needs.

i wear i size 14 also and i use an XL but im 6 2 225 so you might be good with a L. But i would go with an XL.
