Hi, I have a covert jacket/cardigan and it was smaller in size. I usually wear s but I needed an M. Would you let me know if this vest is true to size?

and what are the measurements for xs and xl, sizes you still have?

Look at the sizing chart. Arctery'x does tend to run a bit small/form-fitting, but it is true to the size chart.
