My boot is a size 6. Should I go with a small or medium binding?

I would say a medium and you can move everything in. A small and you might have problems with your toe or heel overhanging in the binding.

Best idea is to find them at a shop and try them with your boots as it really depends on the profile of your boot (e.g. Salomon F-series have a very low profile and can fit into a smaller binding). Barring that I would say go for a medium to be on the safe side. Backcountry has an awesome return/exchange policy if necessary.
