What is the difference between 'critically taped' and 'fully taped'?

Critically taped usually means the critical seams (shoulders, arm seams, back and seat seams) are sealed and not the arm pit seams, chest seams and hidden seams. Pretty much only the seams that are guaranteed to get soaked get taped. Hope that helps.
