Tom, I too have a small to medium face. Most glasses seem to be a bit wide for my face and it kinds sucks, but not the Passage by Smith! They will fit you great. Good call going for the Polarchromic lenses, you won't regret it.

These are made for a medium to large face, so you might just fit the bill.
