I got my ruler out. On mine (size 10) 14 inches. Which means just past my knees. I am 5'6. I am usually an 8, but I usually like guys boardies b/c they are looser, so I got a 10 and they are great. They are the same length btw as the Horny Toad Raine Board Short in and 8. The Raine's are WAY lighter though and hold less water.
