No. It doesn't have enough juice to power the ARC. Although there is a battery that will work that is the same shape, but half the weight! It is Li-Ion and available here: http://www.backcountry.com/store/LTM0014/Light-Motion-111V-6-cell-Li-ion-Bike-Light-Battery.html
