I don't think HyVent DT eliminates the need for a liner. If you get warm and sweaty, you might still feel very clammy inside. But that said, it will feel alot better than wearing a plastic trash bag.

No this jacket is not lined, but does feature HyVent DT. HyVent DT uses a DT half layer, adding durability and comfort by physically separating the PU coating from the skin. Dry to the touch, HyVent DT eliminates the need for a liner and is commonly referred to as a 2.5-layer fabric. Center Back Torso Length: 29" [M]
