I'm 6 feet and slim, and have this exact pack in a size Large. It's easy to cinch down a bigger pack, but pretty much impossible to grow a pack that's too small for you-- unless you have Rick Moranis' re-bigulation raygun from "Honey We Blew Up the Kids." The best way to be sure about sizing is always to measure yourself up and check out the sizing chart. Click "View Sizing Chart" directly under the Select Options box and you're golden.
