I'm camping in Oregon this summer and I'm preparing for lots of rain and chilly weather. this looks like it will hold up, but will I have to wear layers under it? If not this jacket, do you have any suggestions for a good jacket?

This jacket makes a great shell but might not be enough in chilly rainstorms.
