Does anyone know if there's a substantial difference between the men's and women's Z/2's? Obviously there's color, and size range, but if a men's sandal fit a woman, would the last just completely destroy her delicately gendered foot or something?

The men's sandals are WAY wider. I know they have some much cooler color schemes in the men's but it's not worth it...unless you happen to have a very wide foot.

Men's sandals are wider. If you have a wide foot, you should be fine. If your foot is narrow, or average for a woman, then it may slide around more, which could lead to blisters.
