I read the following on another website: "Polartec® Power Shield® fabric consists of wind resistant nylon face laminated to a highly insulated fleece." P.S. That GOAT snap is the bomb!

the material is a powershield from Polartec. killer fabric, stretch woven, great windproofness and breathability.
